About the Role
We're a growing window cleaning company looking for a hungry, competitive sales rep to help us expand our residential and commercial customer base. If you're motivated by results, love working outside, and want to earn based on your effort — this is the job for you.
What You'll Do
- Canvas neighborhoods and commercial areas to generate new leads
- Deliver confident door-to-door and in-person pitches to homeowners and businesses
- Close deals on the spot and schedule service appointments
- Build a loyal customer base through follow-ups and referrals
- Hit and exceed weekly sales targets
What We're Looking For
- Outgoing, high-energy personality with natural people skills
- Competitive mindset — you're motivated by goals and winning
- Comfortable with rejection and resilient under pressure
- Self-starter who doesn't need hand-holding to get results
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Sales or customer-facing experience a plus (not required — we'll train the right person)
What You'll Earn
- Uncapped commission — top reps earn $8,000–$15,000/month
