What You’ll Do
As a school-based Behavior Specialist, you’ll partner with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to help students with behavioral, emotional, developmental, and social needs succeed.
Your work may include:
- Behavioral consultation within public school settings
- Student observations and meaningful data collection
- Staff coaching and classroom support
- Developing practical, individualized behavior strategies
- Collaborating with teachers, administrators, related service providers, and families
- Helping create school environments where students can thrive

Qualifications
● Master’s degree preferred in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field
● BCBA or pursuit of BCBA certification is a plus
● Experience working with students with autism, developmental disabilities, or behavioral challenges preferred

Pay: $51,376.12 - $65,000.00 per year
