About the Role
We are looking for a seasoned Electrical Project Superintendent to lead complex commercial electrical installations and field operations. You will leverage your deep technical expertise in electrical engineering and load calculations to drive project success from design through final inspection.
Responsibilities-
Direct large-scale commercial electrical projects to ensure high-quality execution and strict adherence to safety protocols.

Perform detailed electrical engineering assessments and complex load calculations to optimize system performance.

Manage the end-to-end permitting process, including drafting and submitting technical electrical plans to municipal building departments.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams and project managers to streamline installation workflows and meet critical project milestones.

Perform regular site inspections to troubleshoot technical challenges and maintain compliance with current electrical codes.

Mentor field personnel to elevate team technical proficiency and ensure consistent craftsmanship across all job sites.

Active Journeyman or Master Electrician license.

10+ years of progressive experience in commercial electrical field operations.

Advanced proficiency in electrical design, load calculations, and plan submission.

In-depth knowledge of NEC and local electrical code compliance.

Strong project management and critical thinking abilities.

Experience with CAD or specialized electrical design software.

Proven track record of managing multi-phase commercial construction projects.
