Alkire Construction is an award winning residential Design/Build firm for new custom homes. We're based in Dripping Springs and build from Driftwood to Bee Cave and surrounding areas. Alkire Construction is growing as quickly as the town and area is, so we're looking for someone who is eager to be a part of a company during growth who needs a long term, committed partner.
We're in need of a project manager who can run 2-3 (avg) projects from start to finish. You will have team support of our senior project manager for scheduling and high level project organization. This position requires the skills to manage trades, suppliers, inspections, and meet with homeowners in order to oversee the successful build. Previous experience as a construction manager is required, as you will need the ability use the Builder Trend construction software that platforms our builds. Those tasks include keeping the project on schedule, maintain budgets with trades where applicable, complete tasks, and be able to communicate with homeowners on site.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
