Duties
- Supervise and coordinate daily cleaning activities across multiple sites, including commercial, hospitality, or institutional facilities
- Train and mentor janitorial staff to uphold company standards for cleanliness, safety, and professionalism
- Manage scheduling, assign tasks, and monitor team performance to ensure timely completion of all cleaning duties
- Conduct regular inspections to verify adherence to quality standards in areas such as laundry, housekeeping, and general custodial services
- Implement cleaning protocols using appropriate tools and environmentally friendly products while maintaining safety regulations
- Address client or guest concerns promptly, resolving issues efficiently to ensure satisfaction
- Maintain detailed records of cleaning activities, supplies inventory, and staff performance for accountability and continuous improvement
Qualifications
- Proven supervising experience in custodial services, janitorial work, or hospitality management
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage diverse teams effectively
- Extensive knowledge of cleaning techniques, commercial cleaning equipment, laundry procedures, and housekeeping management
- Prior experience in hotel or hospitality environments is highly desirable
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in maintaining cleanliness standards
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a positive attitude
- Good communication skills to coordinate with staff, clients, and management effectively
