In this energetic role, you will support the front-of-house team by ensuring tables are cleared promptly, assisting servers with food delivery, and maintaining a clean, welcoming environment for our guests. Duties
- Deliver food promptly from the kitchen to guests’ tables, ensuring accuracy and presentation standards are met
- Packing takeout and to-go orders, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Assist servers with refilling beverages and attending to guest needs as directed
- Clear and reset tables efficiently to maintain a smooth flow of service
- Maintain cleanliness in dining areas, including wiping down surfaces and organizing utensils
- Support the kitchen team with basic food handling and preparation tasks when needed
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
- Communicate effectively with team members using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS to ensure seamless service flow
Requirements
- Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or hospitality environments preferred but not required
- Knowledge of food handling, safety protocols, and basic food preparation techniques
- Strong communication skills and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting
- Familiarity with POS systems
- Experience in banquet service, catering, or hotel settings is advantageous
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift for extended periods throughout shifts
- Demonstrated commitment to excellent customer service and guest satisfaction
- Basic understanding of food safety regulations and proper sanitation practices
