Responsibilities
- Perform plumbing installations and repairs for remodels, repipes, water filtration systems, and tankless and traditional water heaters.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose plumbing issues in residential and commercial settings.
- Install plumbing systems for new construction projects.
- Conduct inspections, maintenance, and repairs to ensure system functionality and code compliance.
- Work collaboratively with other professionals to complete projects on time and within budget.
- Follow safety protocols and ensure adherence to industry regulations.
- Keep company vehicle clean (inside and out), and inventory up-to-date.
Required Qualifications
- Comprehensive knowledge of plumbing systems, tools, and materials.
- Ability to take direction and execute tasks efficiently and independently.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Maintain a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in remodels, repipes, water filtration systems, and tankless and traditional water heaters.
- Experience in both new construction and service work.
- Familiarity with local plumbing codes and standards.
Other
- Hired applicants who do not currently hold a valid plumbing license will be expected to work toward obtaining one as a condition of continued employment.
- Typical days are 8 - 10 hour shifts, with occasional weekends.
