Job Description
The Warehouse Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Margate, FL. This role collaborates with team members and supervisors to ensure accurate, timely order fulfillment and efficient warehouse operations. The Warehouse Associate shall perform the following duties, including but not limited to:
- Loading and unloading containers.
- Packing and unpacking pallets.
- Operating the forklift in a safe and lawful manner.
- Maintaining a valid forklift certification, including renewal every three (3) years as required by law.
- Handling overstock management.
- Managing and maintaining overall inventory accuracy.
- Packing and shipping orders for the Artego brand.
- Packing and shipping orders for the Marc Weiss brand.
- Packing and shipping orders for the Unseen Realities brand.
- Performing other reasonable and related duties as may arise in the ordinary course of business, including but not limited to incidental warehouse tasks such as assembling shelves, moving equipment, or assisting with ad-hoc operational needs.
Qualifications
- Experience with shipping and receiving activities, including verifying orders and preparing outbound shipments.
- Proficiency in packing, order picking, and staging products for delivery.
- Ability to safely perform unloading tasks and handle physical labor such as lifting, moving, and stacking boxes.
- Skill in operating warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, in accordance with safety regulations.
- Attention to detail and ability to accurately follow written and verbal instructions.
