Dorman Products is hiring temporary Warehouse Associates for people looking to gain hands-on work experience, earn extra income, and build workplace skills in a fast-paced distribution environment.
This temporary role supports warehouse operations by helping load, unload, move, count, label, and organize product throughout the facility. Team members may use powered industrial equipment after completing required training and certification.
We are actively hiring for night and weekend shifts, with a $2.00 shift differential available.
What You’ll Do
- Move, stack, load, and unload cartons, pallets, and materials.
- Pick, pack, label, and organize product based on work instructions.
- Count and record materials accurately.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
- Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements.
- Assist other departments as needed.
- Complete powered equipment training, if required.
What We’re Looking For
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
- Reliable attendance and willingness to work scheduled temporary shifts.
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Basic math and computer skills.
- Safety-focused, dependable, and detail-oriented.
- Must be able to pass required background check and drug test, as applicable.
