Prepare, review, and issue accurate invoices to customers in a timely manner.
Verify billing data, ensuring all charges, credits, and adjustments are properly applied.
Maintain and update customer accounts in the billing system.
Monitor accounts receivable and assist with collections when necessary.
Research and resolve billing discrepancies or customer inquiries.
Generate billing reports and support month-end closing processes.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure billing accuracy and compliance with company policies.
Perform other administrative and accounting duties as assigned.
High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s in Accounting or Business preferred.
Previous billing, accounting, or clerical experience preferred.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and familiarity with accounting or billing software.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to handle sensitive financial information with confidentiality.
