We are offering a seasonal position as a Front Desk Agent until the end of September. Availability to work nights and weekends is a requirement.
Responsibilities
- Greet and check in guests efficiently, verifying reservations and processing necessary documentation.
- Manage guest check-outs, answer billing inquiries, and handle payments accurately.
- Provide information about hotel facilities, available services, and local attractions to enhance the guest experience.
- Respond to guest requests, questions, and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest needs are met in a timely manner.
- Handle reservations and room assignments, optimizing occupancy and accommodating special requests whenever possible.
- Maintain security and confidentiality of guest information at all times.
- Resolve guest complaints diplomatically and escalate issues to management when necessary.
- Keep accurate records of daily activities, transactions, and guest interactions for management reporting.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Prior experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable using hotel management systems and standard office equipment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
