Qualifications

- Previous sales experience is preferred

Responsibilities
- Greet customers in a warm, friendly manner
- Ability and desire to acquire product knowledge. Training and education provided by multiple manufacturers as well as in-house training
- Be a team player; some tasks and duties are necessary for the overall success of the department and the dealership as a whole
- Arrive well-groomed and in compliance with company dress code

As a Salesperson Team Member, you will be essential in delivering outstanding customer service and driving sales in a retail environment. Your core skills in inventory management, social media, digital communications, and retail math will ensure efficient operations, while your communication skills will foster positive interactions with customers. With premium skills in merchandising and product demonstrations, you will enhance the shopping experience and promote products effectively. This role requires a high school diploma or GED, along with a valid driver's license, as you contribute to the success of our powersports, equipment & marine sales team in a dynamic setting.
