Our 230 - bed facility, located in the District of Columbia is seeking a motivated and skilled Maintenance Supervisor to join our team.
Duties Requirements for Maintenance Director
* Assist the Director of Maintenance with maintenance and administrative duties.
* Complete general maintenance assignments and minor repairs throughout the facility as directed.
* Perform administrative tasks such as completing necessary forms, reports, email correspondence .
* Follow established safety regulations in use of equipment and supplies at all times.
* Ensure that supplies, equipment , etc., are maintained to provide a safe and comfortable environment.
* Is subject to call back during emergency conditions (e.g. severe weather, evacuation, post disaster, etc.).
* Must adhere to all HIPPA requirements.
*Must have computer skills.
* Must meet the general health requirements set forth by the policies of the facility, which include a medical and physical examination.
*Must be able to lift more 60 pounds.
*Must be knowledgeable in building codes and safety regulations
* Must have a HVAC LICENSE
* Must be willing to be on-call.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 per year
