Warehouse Worker – Forklift Operator

Pay: $16.00 – $16.50 per hour
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (Texas time)
Employment Type: Full-Time, 40 hours per week

Job Summary
We are looking for a reliable Warehouse Worker with forklift experience to support receiving, loading and unloading, picking, packing, inventory, and general warehouse operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts to load, unload, move, and organize merchandise.
- Receive, inspect, pick, pack, label, and prepare shipments.
- Perform inventory counts and verify quantities.
- Assist with shipping and receiving activities.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse.
- Report damaged merchandise, inventory discrepancies, or equipment issues.
Requirements
- Previous forklift operating experience – REQUIRED.
- Experience working in a warehouse, distribution center, logistics, or moving/storage environment.
- Experience with loading, unloading, picking, packing, and inventory activities.
- Basic math skills for counting and verifying quantities.
- Ability to follow safety procedures and instructions.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- English and Spanish proficiency preferred.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
