Lumen Entertainment Group™ is a woman-owned experiential entertainment company operating across three verticals: brand sponsorships, corporate events, and employee wellness programming. We started Club Lumen & the flagship experience The Morning Rave™, has built ~4,500 followers in under a year through grassroots efforts and word of mouth.
We are not a startup looking for someone to "figure it out." The brand is built. The proof of concept exists. What we need is someone who can walk into a room with a Fortune 500 marketing director and close a deal.

About the Role
This is not your typical sales role, and this is not a typical company.
You will be the person responsible for bringing in high-ticket brand sponsorships, corporate event bookings, and employee wellness program contracts. The focus shifts with the business. Right now that means aggressive sponsorship outreach. In 30 to 45 days it means corporate event sales for holiday season. Ongoing it means selling our Culture Shift Series employee wellness program to HR and People teams at major companies.
We cannot tell you exactly how many hours this will take. The right person will not ask. They will look at the opportunity, the brand, and the commission structure, and they will get to work to be part of something bigger than themselves and make a lot of money doing it.

What the Role Looks Like
Right now: Sponsor outreach and partnership sales for The Morning Rave™ and the Extraordinary Summer Series. Target deal sizes range from $1,750 to $30,000+.
In 40 to 50 days: Corporate event sales targeting businesses, property management companies, and apartment complexes for Q4 holiday parties and private events.
Ongoing in parallel: Selling the Culture Shift Series corporate wellness program to HR directors, People & Culture leaders, and corporate wellness buyers. This is recurring revenue. Every deal you close compounds.

This role IS for you if:
- You have established, real relationships with decision-makers in the Phoenix business community. Not LinkedIn connections. People who will take your call.
- You have sold directly to corporate marketing teams at large companies and you understand their budget cycles, approval processes, and what it takes to get a yes.
- You have a sponsorship sales background. Event sales, experiential marketing , or media sales is helpful and you can point to deals you personally closed.
- You have closed deals at $5,000 and above and are comfortable having high-stakes conversations without a script.
- You are in-person by nature. You network. You attend events. You show up where your buyers are.
- You manage your own pipeline without being asked. You follow up relentlessly and you know the difference between persistent and annoying.
- You are comfortable with ambiguity. The role will evolve. The focus will shift. You thrive in that environment rather than breaking down in it.
- You want to be part of building something that is genuinely disrupting the market and you are willing to put in the work that requires.
- You understand that commission-based income rewards closers, and you have a track record that proves you are one.

This role is NOT for you if:
- Your network exists primarily online and has not translated into real meetings, real deals, or real revenue for someone.
- You have never personally been in a room negotiating a sponsorship or marketing deal with a corporate brand team.
- You need a base salary to feel financially stable. This is commission only. If that creates anxiety, please do not apply.
- You are juggling other clients, businesses, or jobs and this would be one of several things you are managing.
- You need to be told what to do next. If you are waiting to be assigned tasks you will not survive here.
- You cannot handle the pace of a founder-led company where priorities shift and you are expected to keep up.
- You have never closed a deal above $5,000.
- You are not willing to attend in-person events, networking functions, and activations as a regular part of your job.
- You think "in-person" means stopping by the office twice a week. This role requires you to be physically present in the market & with the team.
- You want to use Lumen's relationships or network for your own business development. That is a non-starter.

Compensation
Structure: 1099 Commission-Based — 10% to 15% depending on vertical
Earning Potential: $4,000 to $12,000+ per month, uncapped
Location: Phoenix Metro//Scottsdale home base. In-person required
Schedule: Full-time. M through F outreach with weekend events at least once per month. Flagship events are a must.
