Pediatric Developmental Services (PDS) is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to support a school in the Kyle, TX area for the 2026–2027 school year. This full-time, school-based role offers a consistent schedule, a collaborative environment, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on students' communication development.
About the Role
As an SLPA, you will work under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to help deliver therapy services to students. You'll play an important role in supporting communication skills such as articulation, language development, and social communication.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in implementing speech-language therapy plans under SLP supervision

Work with students on articulation, language, and communication goals

Prepare therapy materials and track student progress

Collaborate with teachers and school staff

Maintain documentation in accordance with school guidelines
Qualifications

Active Texas SLPA license (or ability to obtain)

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field

School-based or pediatric experience preferred
