Beverly Bar needs a Kitchen Manager to help us create and serve the highest quality food, in terms of flavor, freshness, presentation, and service. Beverly Bar will be serving American cuisine including, burgers, chicken sandwiches, etc.
Beverly Bar is looking for a Sous Chef/Assistant Kitchen Manager to work closely with the General Manager, someone who is a positive leader and will fuel our mission to make an amazing American menu. We are looking for someone with a great personality, who takes charge and leads by example. You will train the team with ongoing development and providing all with career opportunities as we promote from within, creating a great place to work where you can learn, grow, and develop both personally and professionally. Salary depends on experience.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in the restaurant industry; preferably with supervisory or management experience
- Experience cooking American food
- Ability to train, develop, and coach a group of talented people
- Good communication skills and proficiency in speaking English
