What You'll Do
- Process and apply incoming payments, including cash, ACH/EFT, check, and credit card transactions
- Verify and record deposit transactions to accurately track revenue
- Maintain and update AR aging reports and unpaid invoice totals
- Reconcile client accounts and resolve payment discrepancies promptly
- Monitor outstanding balances and proactively follow up on overdue accounts
What You Bring
- 1+ years of experience in accounts receivable or a related role (law firm experience a plus)
- Knowledge of COLTAF regulations and practices
- Experience with Tabs3 billing software required
- Strong attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy
- Solid customer service and communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and Adobe Acrobat
- Familiarity with task-based or insurance billing a plus
- Basic understanding of accounting principles

The salary range for this role is $52,000 - $58,000 annually, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
