Overview:
Kasia Kitchen (Hungry Tiger) is seeking an experienced, reliable, and motivated Manager to lead our team and oversee daily operations. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with excellent customer service skills, restaurant management experience, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Fluency in Korean is required to effectively communicate with Korean-speaking customers and team members.
Responsibilities:
- Serve hot food items from the line according to portion and presentation standards.
- Assemble takeout and dine-in orders with care and accuracy.
- Interact with customers in a polite and helpful manner while serving food.
- Keep the service area clean, organized, and stocked throughout the shift.
- Confirm order details and ensure all items are correct before passing to the customer.
- Communicate with kitchen and front team to ensure smooth operations.
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Support with other tasks as needed during shifts.
Requirements:
- Fluency in Korean is required for this role.
- Previous experience making bubble tea and fresh juices is required.
- Knowledge of drink preparation, ingredient handling, and food safety practices.
- Experience in food service or customer-facing roles is a plus.
- Ability to work quickly and stay focused in a fast-paced environment.
- Friendly attitude, good communication skills, and attention to detail.
- Must be a team player and ready to take initiative.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse customers.

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
