Regional Operations Coordinator – Home Care (Leadership Track)

We're building more than a home care agency—we're building one of Massachusetts' leading home care organizations. We're seeking an experienced Regional Operations Coordinator to join our leadership team. This is a hands-on leadership role with a clear path for professional growth.
About the Role
Work directly with the Owner and RN Clinical Manager to help lead day-to-day operations. Actively participate in scheduling, payroll coordination, caregiver support, office operations, and process improvement while helping build scalable systems.
Key Responsibilities
· Lead daily office operations
· Coordinate caregiver scheduling and staffing
· Manage caregiver call-offs and emergency staffing
· Coordinate payroll preparation and ensure payroll accuracy
· Support caregiver onboarding, communication, and retention
· Monitor compliance, credentials, and required training
· Improve office workflows and operational efficiency
· Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
· Monitor operational KPIs
· Partner with the Owner and RN Clinical Manager to deliver exceptional client care
Qualifications Required
·
· Experience managing caregiver scheduling
· Experience coordinating or processing payroll
· Strong leadership, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
· Ability to manage multiple priorities
· Proficiency with Microsoft Office and healthcare scheduling software

Compensation & Benefits
· Competitive salary: $75,000–$85,000 annually
· Performance bonus up to $7,500 annually
· Up to $2,500 for payroll, scheduling, compliance, and operational excellence goals
· Up to $2,500 for caregiver retention, staffing, and KPI targets
· Up to $2,500 based on company performance and operational improvements
