National Imaging Specialists is an established independent radiology practice operating out of Carrollwood and Pinellas Park. National Imaging Specialists is a quality-centric, specialty radiology practice offering MRI, CT, and PET-CT imaging services, and we have proudly served our surrounding communities for the past 20 years. We serve a diverse array of clients including physician offices, research clinics, and personal injury firms. We are looking for a CT Technologist to join our team part-time at our Pinellas Park site located at 6600 66th Street North, Pinellas Park, FL 33781.
CT Technologist roles/responsibilities:
- Perform diagnostic CT examinations to guarantee the quality and continuity of patient care
- Safely perform the injection of IV contrast
- Ensure the successful transfer of images after acquisition
- Provide protection for patient and self in accordance with company protocols
- Other duties as assigned
Qualified candidates will possess the following credentials:
- At least 5 years of experience of independently performing CT procedures
- Working knowledge of applicable CT scan technology is required
- Current applicable Florida licensure/ARRT certification required
- At least 3 years of experience performing CT studies on GE scanners
- IV skills required
