R.O.B.O. – Robotics Operations & Business Oversight is looking for an experienced Chinese-speaking Technical Recruiter who specializes in sourcing Chinese-speaking engineering and technical talent already located in the United States.
This is not an overseas recruiting role. Our customers require engineers and technicians who can legally work in the U.S. and travel nationwide.

What We're Looking For
- Fluent in Mandarin and English.
- Proven experience recruiting technical talent in the U.S.
- Strong network within the Chinese engineering community.
- Knows where and how to source Chinese-speaking engineers and technicians living in the U.S.
- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, niche job boards, WeChat groups, professional associations, referrals, and other sourcing channels.
- Ability to recruit for nationwide travel positions.

We're looking for someone who already has access to the Chinese technical talent community in the United States—not someone who needs to build it from scratch.
