CENTURY 21 Tenace Realty is looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead recruiting efforts from our Coral Springs office.

What You'll Do
- Recruit licensed real estate professionals throughout South Florida.
- Develop long-term relationships with prospective agents through networking, phone calls, referrals, social media, events, and office tours.
- Conduct interviews and career consultations.
- Build and maintain a strong recruiting pipeline using our CRM.
- Coordinate recruiting events, networking opportunities, and brokerage presentations.
- Collaborate with leadership on strategic recruiting initiatives.
- Help strengthen the culture that has made CENTURY 21 Tenace Realty successful for over four decades.
Who We're Looking For

The ideal candidate is:

✔ Self-starter who enjoys working independently
✔ Professional and relationship-driven
✔ Bilingual (English & Spanish REQUIRED)
Real estate recruiting experience is a plus but not required.
