Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide outstanding customer service throughout their visit
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and food items with attention to quality and presentation
- Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS accurately for retail sales transactions and cash handling
- Manage retail math to ensure correct change, totals, and transaction accuracy
- Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards in food preparation and serving areas
- Handle cash register operations efficiently, including processing payments and balancing cash drawers at shift end
- Assist with food handling, basic food prep, and serving duties as needed to support smooth café operations
Qualifications
- Previous barista experience or café experience is highly preferred
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus
- Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude
- Basic math skills for cash handling and retail transactions
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a busy environment
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team in a fast-paced setting
- Food industry or retail sales experience is advantageous but not required
