Registered Nurse (RN) – Home Health
We are seeking experienced and dependable Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our growing Home Health team.
Experience Required
Candidates must have prior Home Health nursing experience and be comfortable managing higher-acuity patients in the home setting, including:
- Post-surgical patients and post-operative care
- IV therapy and IV medication administration
- PICC lines and central line care
- Wound care and dressing changes
- Medication management and patient education
- Comprehensive nursing assessments
- Chronic disease management
- Coordination with physicians and other members of the care team
- Documentation in a Home Health/EMR system
Qualifications
- Active and unrestricted RN license
- Critical care experience including ICU, Emergency Room, or Level I Trauma Center settings.
- Previous experience working for a Home Health agency strongly preferred
- Strong IV and clinical assessment skills
- Experience with post-surgical and medically complex patients
- Ability to work independently in patients' homes
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Reliable transportation
