We’re looking for a Partner Manager, Demand to strengthen and grow our demand-side relationships. This role sits at the intersection of partnership management, campaign performance, and revenue growth—perfect for someone who loves client-facing strategy with a hands-on approach to delivery.
- Own relationships with agencies, brands, and trading desks, acting as the primary point of contact for demand partners.
- Partner with Sales on onboarding new clients and scaling existing accounts to achieve revenue goals.
- Oversee campaign setup, launch, and performance across mobile, video, and in-app environments.
- Deliver data-driven insights and optimizations that improve ROI for demand partners.
- Troubleshoot pacing, delivery, and performance challenges in collaboration with Operations and Product teams.
- Track and report on revenue, client growth opportunities, and market feedback.
- Lead client business reviews and establish yourself as a trusted advisor to demand partners.
- 3–5+ years of experience in programmatic advertising, mobile, or ad tech.
- Solid understanding of DSPs, SSPs, RTB mechanics, and agency/trading desk buying strategies.
- Strong client relationship skills with a proven record of retention and revenue growth.
- Analytical and detail-oriented, with the ability to turn performance data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communicator, comfortable presenting to operational teams and senior stakeholders alike.

- Based in or near New York (preferred).
