Small-town program seeking a qualified candidate to facilitate intervention and therapeutic services for at-risk youth. These services may include program planning, psychoeducational activities, therapeutic recreation, case management, trauma-informed care and provision of Evidence Based Programming. The Interventionist will work within the school and/or community setting, using a broad range of skills and interventions to support at-risk youth, many of whom have parents and/or relatives affected by substance use. This position will require travel within the county and likely transporting youth to and from our program; however, the Interventionist will primarily provide school and community-based services. Education/Other:
- Bachelor's (preferred)
- Associate’s degree (preferred)
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Experience working with at risk youth (preferred)
- Must have a valid Driver’s License
- FBI, Childline and State Police clearances required
Pay: $16.00 - $16.50 per hour
