What You Will Do as a Customer Account Representative:
- Meet directly with customers to present AT&T products and complete sales enrollments
- Provide personalized consultations as a friendly Customer Account Representative to help customers find the best wireless or telecom solutions
- Deliver clear and confident sales presentations that educate customers on AT&T services
- Assist customers with account setup, questions, and product information
- Promote upgrades, bundles, and promotions to maximize sales opportunities
- Track customer enrollment records and follow up when needed, just like a trusted Customer Account Representative should
- Work with your teammates to reach daily and weekly sales goals
