Full Time Position
Fast paced multi-specialty practice in Williamsville. Medent experience necessary Responsible for answering incoming calls, directing calls to appropriate staff, greeting patients, collecting co-pays, patient balances and rescheduling for their next appointment. It also includes scanning insurance cards, checking insurance eligibility, entering all demographic information into the electronic health record, and working closely with physicians and staff.
