The Communications Specialist supports communication, training, and stakeholder engagement initiatives for the Child Support Bureau and local Title IV-D offices across Indiana.
Key Responsibilities:

Create and edit training materials, user guides, and communications.

Support the development and delivery of training programs and webinars.

Assist with classroom training logistics, equipment setup, and learner support.

Manage training registrations, monitor shared mailboxes, and respond to stakeholder inquiries.

Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop content and build knowledge of assigned projects.
