Responsibilities:
- Work warm leads and follow-ups as instructed by our training program.
- Communicate with customers to understand their needs and provide available product information.
- Assist in developing relationships with new customers across multiple product lines.
- Support daily office operations, including documentation, scheduling, and follow-up activities.
- Collaborate with agent to achieve objectives.
- Minimum 40 Outbound calls per day.
Qualifications:
- Must know State Farm systems.
- Must have active P&C and L&H licenses.
- Must have a quiet background throughout your working day.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment hitting sales goals.
