Job Overview
We are a startup Non- Medical home care agency in New Jersey currently navigating our initial licensing application. We are seeking an NJ-licensed Registered Nurse (RN), preferably with a BSN, to serve as our initial Director of Nursing clinical consultant. This is a contract-based position to start, as we are not yet operational; there is no patient care.
Duties
- Sign the HCSF (healthcare service firm) state application as the named Director of Nursing.
- Help review, customise, and approve our initial clinical Policy and Procedure manual.
- Assist with getting the agency ready for initial state audits/ accreditation.
- Transition into part- time oversight, including auditing patient files, supervising CHHA, and conducting initial competency assessment.
Qualifications
- Active, unencumbered Registered Nurse(RN) licensed in the state of New Jersey ( Required).
- BSN required for the state of NJ.
- Experience in home care or as a healthcare administrator ( Preferred)
Pay: $500.00 - $1,000.00 per week
