Part-Time Advertising Inventory Coordinator
Location: Fargo, ND (On-Site)
Schedule: 18–25 hours per week
Flexible schedule – three days per week or shorter daily shifts
Compensation: Competitive hourly pay based on experience
About the Position
Off The Wall Advertising is seeking an exceptionally detail-oriented individual to manage the inventory and scheduling of our indoor billboard advertising network. This position plays a critical role in ensuring every advertisement is accurately assigned, prepared, and ready for our installation teams.
Success in this role requires someone who genuinely enjoys working with spreadsheets, organizing information, spotting discrepancies, and maintaining accurate records. Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain advertising inventory using Microsoft Excel
- Schedule advertising placements and prepare weekly posting routes for installation teams
- Reconcile advertising inventory with customer contracts to ensure accurate placement
- Enter new advertising contracts into designated locations
- Prepare and organize advertising materials for posting
- Audit spreadsheets to identify and resolve discrepancies before installations
- Maintain accurate records and ensure all data is current
- Assist with other administrative and organizational tasks as needed
Qualifications
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Exceptional attention to detail with a high level of accuracy
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks
- Reliable, dependable, and consistent
- Previous administrative, inventory management, bookkeeping, or data-entry experience is preferred
