Job Summary
We at Phil's Tavern are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in providing exceptional dining experiences. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in food service and hospitality, with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. As a Server, you will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring that guests have an enjoyable experience in our establishment.

Duties
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly manner, providing excellent customer service throughout their dining experience.
- Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring proper presentation and adherence to food safety standards.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including bussing tables and ensuring sanitation standards are met.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including basic math for processing payments.
- Address guest inquiries or concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction and foster positive guest relations.
Skills
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy shifts.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction processing.
- Previous experience in culinary roles or kitchen environments is a plus.
