Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and motivated Customer Service/Sales Representative to join our team! In this role, you will be the friendly face and helpful voice for our customers, providing exceptional service while actively promoting our products and services. Duties
- Prospect and meet with local business owners through cold outreach, networking, and appointments.
- Present payment processing, POS, and Customer Connect solutions
- Show merchants how to lower costs and generate more revenue
- Manage your own territory and conduct face-to-face sales meetings
- Build long-term client relationships
- Earn ongoing residual income from active accounts
- Engage with customers in person, over the phone, or via email to understand their needs and recommend suitable products or services.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and service packages to close sales effectively while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Manage sales administration tasks such as processing orders, updating customer records, and maintaining accurate documentation.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in retail sales is preferred
- Strong communication skills with the ability to connect with diverse customers; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus.
- Demonstrated negotiation skills that help close deals while maintaining positive relationships.
- Familiarity with sales
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of marketing principles and custom products
