Sevenway Coaching LLC is an institutional risk operations and facility performance consulting firm in Northern New Jersey. We are actively expanding our standby vendor network for upcoming Q3 institutional portfolio assessments. We are seeking highly disciplined, EPA 608 Universal Certified technicians and compliance specialists to execute short-term, project-based weekday facility sweeps.
Responsibilities:
* Execute comprehensive physical technical sweeps of commercial systems during standard weekday hours.
* Audit facility mechanical logs specifically for EPA Section 608 compliance and OSHA safety indicators.
* Input all technical findings accurately into the proprietary Sevenway Assessment Framework™ within 48 hours of field assignment.
Requirements:
* Active EPA 608 Universal Certification (Mandatory).
* 3+ years of commercial facility maintenance or institutional HVAC experience.
* Strong professional boundaries and documentation skills. This is a 1099 project-based position.
Selected specialists will be placed on our active rotational roster for immediate deployment upon upcoming contract execution.
Pay: $1,200.00 per day
