What You'll Do
As a Sales Manager, you'll:
- Act as a keyholder and cover the store when the manager is off, ensuring smooth operations
- Motivate and train your sales team to treat every customer like family – greeting them at their vehicle and treating them with love and respect
- Help connect with customers to understand their needs and budget constraints, guiding them to the right solutions
- Educate customers about tire safety and assist them in creating payment plans that work for families with limited financial resources
- Ensure every customer leaves feeling respected, valued, and safer on the road
- Meet sales targets that benefit both you (through commissions) and the customers you serve
- Foster a positive and collaborative team environment, encouraging growth and success among team members

Qualifications
- Strong communication skills and genuine empathy for customers
- Proven leadership abilities and a knack for motivating a team
- Sales ability or aptitude – we'll train you on the technical aspects
- Basic math skills for calculating payment plans
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Experience in retail or customer service (automotive experience is a plus but not required)
- Bilingual abilities valued but not required
