The Direct Support Professional (DSP) - Rover provides person-centered support to individuals in residential, clinical, vocational, and day program settings. This role helps promote independence, health, safety, and community integration while supporting a variety of program locations based on organizational needs.
What You'll Do
- Assist with daily living activities, personal care, and mobility needs.
- Support health management, appointments, and implementation of care plans.
- Monitor safety and provide appropriate supervision and intervention
- Build positive relationships and encourage independence.
- Support community involvement, social activities, and personal goal.
- Maintain accurate documentation and a safe environment.
- Travel between and support multiple Hope Network locations as needed.

What You'll Bring
Preferred:
- Experience in caregiving, healthcare, behavioral health, or human services
- CPR/First Aid certification
Required:
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to lift 50 lbs.
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to obtain CPR/First Aid certification
- Must be able to travel/float to various sites on an ongoing basis
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule to accommodate program needs
