What You'll Do
Generate New Business Opportunities
-
Identify and connect with prospective customers through phone outreach, email campaigns, LinkedIn, referrals, networking events, and industry research.

Build relationships with organizations across the aviation ecosystem, including airlines, airports, MROs, FBOs, aircraft operators, and aviation service providers.

Qualify opportunities and schedule meetings with key decision-makers.
Build Strong Customer Relationships

Learn about clients' business objectives and challenges.

Conduct discovery conversations to understand customer needs.

Present solutions that help improve operational efficiency, cybersecurity, technology performance, and business outcomes.
Support the Sales Process

Partner with senior sales and technical teams to develop customer-focused solutions and proposals.

Assist with presentations, demonstrations, pricing discussions, and follow-up activities.

Help move opportunities through the sales pipeline from initial contact to close.
Manage Your Pipeline

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities within CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Microsoft Dynamics.

Consistently follow up on opportunities and nurture long-term relationships.

Track personal performance metrics and contribute to team goals.
What will you bring to ESP?

1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, lead generation, inside sales, account management, or customer-facing roles.

Experience making outbound calls, prospecting, or generating sales opportunities.

Comfortable using LinkedIn, email outreach, and phone communication to engage prospects.

Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Motivated by achieving goals and earning uncapped commissions.
Preferred Qualifications

Experience selling technology, business services, SaaS, telecommunications, or professional services.

Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Dynamics.

Interest in aviation, technology, cybersecurity, or managed services.

Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.

We offer a competitive range from $70,000 to $75,000 annual + Commission
