As a Licensed Life & Health Insurance Agent, you will work closely with clients to assess their healthcare coverage needs while recommending customized life and health insurance solutions. You will educate clients on available coverage options, guide them through the enrollment process, and build lasting relationships through trust, professionalism, and exceptional customer care.

Build and maintain strong client relationships through personalized service and ongoing support

Educate clients on life insurance, health insurance, supplemental coverage, and other insurance options

Conduct needs-based consultations to identify appropriate insurance solutions

Generate new business opportunities through referrals, networking, and lead follow-up

Assist clients with policy applications, enrollments, renewals, and policy servicing

Maintain accurate client records and ensure compliance with insurance regulations

Stay current on industry trends, carrier products, and regulatory changes

Collaborate with internal teams and carrier partners to deliver efficient client solutions

Provide exceptional customer service while representing SWFL Insurance with integrity and professionalism

Active Florida Life & Health Insurance License required

Previous insurance sales experience preferred
