Shell & Bones is looking for experienced and polished managers to join our team. Knowledge of fine wine and cocktails along with fine dining is a must. We are a high volume location and we are looking for driven individuals with a passion for great customer service. Outstanding candidates will have knowledge of oysters and raw bar. Experience with Toast, Open Table and other tech systems is a plus.
Must have a minimum of 2 years management experience in the hospitality industry.
