About the Role
As the Manager of Client Experience & Lead Management, you will serve as the bridge between clients, agents, and business partners—ensuring every interaction is seamless from initial lead contact through closing and beyond.
This role is ideal for someone with:
- 2+ years of experience managing large Real Estate databases within a CRM environment. CRMs like Commissions Inc (CINC), Lofty, Ylopo, etc. Experience working with lead platforms such as Zillow, Redfin, Trulia, Realtor.com, or similar systems
- 2+ years working in a Real Estate lead management environment
- A strong understanding of how to leverage Real Estate CRM data to improve client service and increase sales volume
- Operations experience on a high-volume real estate team (75+ transactions annually) is a strong plus
What You’ll Do
Deliver an Exceptional Client Experience
- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients
- Provide proactive communication and updates throughout the transaction process
- Ensure every client feels informed, supported, and valued
Manage Leads & Follow-Up
- Respond quickly and professionally to incoming leads
- Track and nurture leads within the Real Estate CRM
- Support agents in converting prospects into active clients
Coordinate Team Operations
- Keep agents, clients, and partners aligned and informed
- Maintain organized workflows, reminders, and follow-up systems
- Support smooth day-to-day operational execution
Drive Accountability & Reporting
- Monitor CRM activity and workflow performance
- Ensure consistent follow-up and process adherence
- Prepare internal and external reporting to support business operations
Who You Are
- Highly experienced with Real Estate CRM (Commissions Inc (CINC), Lofty, Ylopo, etc.) systems and lead management
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- A proactive communicator and strong problem solver
- A strong, clear and confident communicator (both written and verbal)
- Comfortable juggling multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment

Qualifications
Required:
- 2+ years of real Estate CRM software experience (Commissions Inc (CINC), Lofty, Ylopo, etc)
- 2+ years of Real Estate sales experience
- Strong organizational and communication skills
Preferred:
- California-based highly preferred
- 1+ year of team management experience
- Experience managing high-volume real estate operations
- Familiarity with Zillow, Redfin, Trulia, Realtor.com, or similar lead systems
