We're representing a growing company that delivers face-to-face promotional campaigns for leading providers of home connectivity services, including high-speed internet, television packages, mobile plans, and bundled solutions. They're looking for an enthusiastic Entry-Level Sales & Marketing Assistant to join their Riverside team.
This is a customer-facing, in-person opportunity where you'll gain hands-on experience in communication, customer engagement, and promotional sales while working alongside a supportive team. No previous experience is required—full training is provided.
About the Role
As an Entry-Level Sales & Marketing Assistant, you'll represent well-known brands at retail campaigns and promotional events, helping customers learn about products and services that make everyday life easier.
You'll develop practical skills in sales, customer communication, and campaign support while working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment where every day offers something new.
What You'll Be Doing
- Engaging face-to-face with customers at promotional events and retail campaigns, building valuable communication, sales, and marketing experience
- Representing products and services professionally while developing your presentation, customer engagement, and brand promotion skills
- Explaining internet, TV, mobile, and bundled service options clearly and confidently while answering customer questions
- Assisting with the setup and presentation of promotional displays and marketing materials, gaining practical experience supporting live campaigns
- Guiding customers through the sales process, from the initial conversation through to completing registrations and sign-ups
- Working alongside your team to achieve daily campaign goals while developing teamwork, marketing, and performance-driven skills
- Gathering customer feedback and sharing insights to help improve future campaigns, marketing activity, and customer experiences

Pay & Compensation
This position includes weekly pay with a structured base, performance-based commission, and bonus opportunities. Average weekly earnings typically range from $800–$900 OTE, depending on performance, hours worked, and campaign assignments.
