Development Director role:
We're seeking a visionary Director of Development to lead the revenue strategy and fundraising initiatives for The LIT Movement. This is more than a development job, it's a call to architect financial sustainability for an organization dedicated to saving and transforming lives.
Since 2018, we've been walking shoulder‑to‑shoulder with men overcoming addiction, incarceration, and homelessness. Through long‑term sober living, peer‑led coaching, wrap‑around supports, and Christ‑centered discipleship, we're helping people not just get clean, but stay free. To date, we've served over 700 individuals across Greater Cincinnati. This is a movement of hope, healing, and second chances.
You'll design and execute comprehensive fundraising campaigns, cultivate meaningful donor relationships, pursue grant opportunities, and lead our signature fundraising events. As the primary architect of our revenue strategy, you'll ensure The LIT Movement can continue this vital work of transformation.
Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
