Position Summary:
Responsible for the organization and successful operations of warehouse functions.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
· Serves as the primary owner of warehouse organization, cleanliness, and overall operational standards.
· Manages and develops warehouse support staff and material handlers, including scheduling, training, and performance oversight.
· Coordinates closely with the Director of Manufacturing to plan and pull components for upcoming production runs, ensuring materials are staged accurately and efficiently to support production schedules.
· Ensures inventory accuracy across warehouse(s).
· Works cross-functionally with office staff, production, quality, and logistics teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
· Has authority, with management input, to hire, coach, discipline, and terminate warehouse personnel as needed.
· Oversees and arrange shipments of hazardous waste in compliance with all applicable regulations.
o DOT HAZMAT trained
o RCRA trained
· Manages use of NetSuite Warehouse Management System among warehouse team.
Position Requirements / Qualifications:
· Minimum of 5–10 years of experience in production and/or warehouse operations within a similar manufacturing environment.
· Proven experience managing and leading warehouse employees, including hiring, scheduling, training, and performance management.
· Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across the warehouse, production, quality, and office teams.
· Experience managing and using Warehouse Management System (WMS) in a production environment.
· Demonstrated track record of following through on commitments, holding team accountable, and driving tasks through to completion.
· Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
This position requires candidates to be bilingual (English/Spanish).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $95,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
