Home to nearly 100 of the most passionate, fun, driven and creative employees, Lindemann Chimney, Heating and Cooling is looking for a full-time Field/Service Operations candidate that can bring excitement and unmistakable energy to our operations team every day. Candidates must have the capacity to multi-task and be a dependable self-starter with the ability to problem solve. We're looking for staff with laser-sharp focus and attention to detail along with a strong desire for success.
Experience and Background:
- Proven experience managing time, materials, scheduling staff and meeting deadlines.
- Highschool Diploma or GED.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication with ability to maintain calm, friendly demeanor.
- Demonstrated competence in computer usage.
- Commitment to quality and accuracy of work performed and continuous improvement.
- Demonstrated ability to work well with others and to participate in a team.
- Reliability is key for the success of this role.
- Industry knowledge is a plus!
