Job Title: Apprentice Carpenter / Framer (No Experience Required – Will Train)

The Opportunity:
You don't need 10 years of carpentry experience to get this job, but you do need a massive work ethic. If you are currently working hard at a lumber yard, a warehouse, or a job with no future and want to actually learn a skilled trade, we will train you. You will work directly under our Lead Carpenter and our skilled framing crews to learn this business from the dirt up.
What You Will Actually Do:
Show up ready to work exactly at 7:30 AM.
Assist lead carpenters with framing, layout, and material handling.
Keep the job site spotless and organized (zero safety hazards).
Run materials and learn how to use power tools, read tape measures, and cut accurately.
What You Must Have:
Reliability: If your car breaks down once a week, do not apply.
Basic Hand Tools: You must show up on day one with your own basic setup (tool belt, hammer, and tape measure). We provide all the heavy equipment and power tools.
A Valid Driver's License & Own Transportation: You have to get to the site on your own.
A Desire to Learn: You will start at the bottom, but if you put in the work and listen, you will move up fast.
Physical Toughness: This is construction. You will be on your feet, lifting heavy materials, in the heat and the cold.
The Pay & The Bonus:
Base pay starts between $18.00 and $22.00 an hour based on whatever basic skills you bring to the table.
We also pay a Weekly Reliability Bonus. If you hit your 40 hours, show up on time every day, and don't have unexcused absences, you get a cash bonus on top of your hourly rate every single week. We pay our guys to be dependable.
