Be the quality point person on a multi-shift, fast-paced line—monitoring CTQs, SPC, and error-proofing controls to ensure products meet customer expectations.

Audit the QMS, products, and processes; lead root cause investigations; drive corrective actions.

Own line metrics and dashboards; participate in routine quality reviews and improvement forums.

Coach associates on QMS/TQM; partner with suppliers to resolve issues and escalate RCAs as needed.

Support plant trials with clear reporting and data-driven improvement ideas.
-
Advance site continuous improvement and contribute to SSB corporate quality initiatives.

Model and reinforce OSHA-aligned safety practices and training.

Provide technical quality support across high-volume operations with a customer-first lens.

Execute audits and translate findings into corrective and preventive actions.

Collect, analyze, and communicate quality data to stakeholders.
-
Track supplier issues, verify containment, and ensure closeout of corrective actions.
-
Process control expertise: SPC, error proofing, monitoring, and continuous improvement.

Measurement know-how: calipers, tape measure, carpenter’s square.
-
Audit execution, reporting, and corrective action management.
-
RCA toolset: 5-Why, cause-and-effect diagrams, A3, QPS.

Supplier quality management, internal KPIs, and employee training delivery.

Required

High school diploma or GED
-
1–3 years of manufacturing experience

2–3 years in a dedicated quality role

Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Fluent in English (read/write/speak)

18 years or older
Preferred

Associate’s degree in Manufacturing, Quality, Statistics, Engineering, Business, or related

Lean training or certification

Six Sigma Yellow/Green Belt (or willingness to obtain)
