Contract Manager – Overnight Operations

An established West Michigan facilities services company is seeking an experienced operations leader to oversee overnight operations for several of our most important customer partnerships.

What You’ll Do
As Contract Manager – Overnight Operations, you’ll provide leadership during the hours when our operation is most active.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading and developing supervisors and frontline employees.
- Building positive relationships with customer representatives.
- Conducting quality inspections and identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding employees.
- Coaching and training team members for long-term success.
- Managing staffing, scheduling, and operational priorities.
- Responding to customer needs with professionalism and urgency.
- Ensuring safety, quality, and company standards are consistently achieved.
- Working alongside your team when needed to provide support, training, or operational assistance.
- Identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, communication, and customer satisfaction.

Schedule
This leadership position supports overnight operations, with most working hours occurring between 7:00 p.m. and 5:00 a.m.
The schedule offers flexibility within those hours based on operational priorities, while maintaining a consistent presence with employees and customers.
Occasional daytime meetings or training sessions may be required.
Compensation & Benefits

- Expected annual earnings of approximately $76,000, based on a typical 45-hour workweek.
