We are looking for dedicated, Board-Certified Primary Care Physicians, to help us grow our Value-Based Care Team!
This position offers:
- $10K Sign On

For immediate consideration:
Clinic Location: St. Petersburg, FL
Clinic hours: Monday-Friday 8a-5p
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Providing adult primary care focusing on the Senior/Medicare Advantage patient
- Comfortable with a small panel size and building relationships with your patients
- Average 15 patients/day
- Able to work with a Team who focus on Value Based Care
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Active state medical license-MD or DO
- Board certified/eligible Internal or Family Medicine
- Value-based care experience preferred
- Geriatric Fellows welcome
